Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 10 oz
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- sliced water chestnuts - 1 c
- chopped onion or 1 tsp - 1/3 c
- stick Ritz cracker or saltine crackers - 1 item
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Mix all ingredients together except crackers. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Crumble the crackers and spread over the vegetables. Melt some margarine and pour over the crackers. Cover and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
