Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- nuts
- margarine - 1 c
- flour self-rising
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 oz
- small amount evaporated milk - 1 item
- Add eggs and vanilla; beat well
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Cream together margarine, sugar and cocoa until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in flour until well mixed. Fold in nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Spread Marshmallow Creme on top of cake, then ice.Icing:1 lb. powdered sugar1/2 c. cocoa1/2 c. margarine1 tsp. vanilla small amount evaporated milk Mix altogether until ready to spread.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
