Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can coconut - 1 oz
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Sprinkle coconut and nuts in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake mix according to directions. Pour over coconut. Mix cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar. Drop by tablespoon over cake batter. Swirl mixture with knife in cake batter. Bake 1 hourRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
