Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- flour
- coconut
- cocoa
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- pecans
- jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 item
- Icing:1 stick margarine
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Icing:1 stick margarine1/3 c. milk1 lb. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Melt margarine. Add cocoa and sugar. Mix. Add eggs, flour and vanilla. Mix well. Add coconut and pecans. Pour in a buttered 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread on Marshmallow Creme immediately. Let cool 1 hour.Icing: Melt margarine. Add cocoa and milk. Boil 1 minute. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
