Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 3/4 c
- condensed milk - 1 c
- mixed fruit - 1 lb
How to make fruitcake cookies:
Dredge fruit in flour. Add other ingredients. Mix thoroughly and drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 275°. Store in airtight can about 5 days before serving. Makes 5 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
