  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Philadelphia cream cheese - 8 oz
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • stick Parkay - 1 item

How to make lemon squares:

Mix cake mix, egg and Parkay. Mixture will be thick. Press into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the mixture in pan. Bake at 350° until golden and pulls away from pan, about 25 minutes.

There are no lemons in this cake.
