Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- box confectioners sugar - 1/2 item
- pecans - 1 c
- can coconut - 1 item
- marshmallow cream
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Topping:7 oz. marshmallow cream3/4 stick margarine1/3 c. cocoa1/4 c. milk1/2 box confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla Melt margarine. Put remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour melted margarine over all; mix well. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350° or until done.Topping: Spread marshmallow cream over cake while cake is still hot. Mix other ingredients and spread over the cream. Swirl to make icing look like mud.
