Mini pizzas
Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- sausage - 1 lb
- cans flaky biscuits - 3 item
How to make mini pizzas:
Brown sausage well, adding onion to sausage when about half done. Drain well. Mix all other ingredients with sausage and onion. Separate each biscuit into 3 pieces and pat into thin rounds on baking sheet. Spread biscuit rounds with sausage mixture. Freeze on cookie sheet. Drop rounds into Ziploc bag when frozen. When ready to serve, place desired number on cookie sheet. Bake at 425° approximately 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Healthy.
