Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- chocolate bits - 1 c
- nuts with a little sugar - 1/2 c
How to make cream-filled cupcakes:
Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1 egg1/3 c. granulated sugar1/2 tsp. salt1 c. chocolate bits Cake:1 1/2 c. flour1 c. sugar1/4 c. cocoa1/2 tsp. salt1 c. water1/3 c. oil1 tsp. vanilla1 Tbsp. vinegar Combine filling ingredients; set aside. Combine first 4 cake ingredients; add water, oil and vanilla. Last of all, add the vinegar. Fill cupcake cups 1/3 full with batter and place 1 heaping teaspoon of filling in the center.
