Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 item
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- cornstarch - 1/3 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- small curd cottage cheese - 1 lb
How to make cheese cake:
Butter a 9-inch spring-form pan and dust with graham cracker crumbs, coat all sides.In a large bowl mix cottage and cream cheeses at high speed until creamy. Add sugar, then eggs one at a time. Blend well; reduce speed. Add cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well; add melted butter and sour cream. Blend well at low speed. Pour into spring-form pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes in 325° oven. Turn oven off and leave in oven for 2 hours. Refrigerate after cooled. Serve in about 8 hours.
