Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- vanilla wafers - 12 item
- fruit topping or preserves - 1 item
How to make mini cheesecakes:
Line muffin tins with foil liners. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix well. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes at 325°. Remove from pan when cold. Chill in liners.
