  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
  • carrot slices - 1/2 c
  • can cream-style corn - 1 oz
  • chopped potatoes - 2 c
  • celery slices - 1/2 c
  • can Ro-Tel - 1 item
  • 10 oz
  • melted Velveeta - 1 lb
  • cooked rice or more to taste - 2 c
  • chicken stock or more until desired consistency - 2 3

How to make midwest chowder:

Add cut up chicken. I use about 4 to 5 chicken breasts.
