Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt
- flour - 1/4 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- carrot slices - 1/2 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- chopped potatoes - 2 c
- celery slices - 1/2 c
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- 10 oz
- melted Velveeta - 1 lb
- cooked rice or more to taste - 2 c
- chicken stock or more until desired consistency - 2 3
How to make midwest chowder:
