Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- diced onion - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- diced celery - 1/4 c
- sliced carrots - 1/2 c
- diced potatoes - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- Sauce:1/4 c
How to make midwest chowder:
Simmer all ingredients until done (15 to 20 minutes).Sauce:1/4 c. margarine1/4 c. flour2 c. milk10 oz. Cheddar cheese Make sauce from these ingredients. Add vegetables and water to sauce.
