Microwave fudge pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- unsweetened chocolate - 1 oz
How to make microwave fudge pie:
Put butter and chocolate in a glass mixing bowl. Place in microwave oven and cook on High 30 to 45 seconds or until melted. Add sugar to melted butter and chocolate. Beat well. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in flour and vanilla. Beat well. Add pecans. Pour into a 9-inch ungreased pie plate. Cook in microwave on High 6 minutes, rotating often.
