Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- walnuts, chopped - 1/4 1/2
- seedless raisins - 1/2 c
- day old bread cubes - 5 c
How to make microwave bread pudding:
Scald milk and butter over low heat. Mix bread cubes, raisins and nuts in an 8-inch glass baking dish. Beat together milk mixture, sugar, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bread. Microwave on Bake-7 (Medium) for 12 to 14 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Yield: One 8 x 8-inch dish.Recipe categories: Desserts, Microwave, < 30 mins.
