Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/4 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- mustard - 2 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- dried basil - 1/4 tsp
- taco sauce - 1/3 c
- medium tomatoes, cut in wedges - 2 item
- medium green bell pepper, cut in strips - 1/2 item
- unpeeled zucchini, sliced thin 4 c - 1 lb
How to make mexican zucchini:
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet. Add zucchini, carrots, onion, green pepper, garlic, celery, salt, basil and pepper. Toss to mix well.
