- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- unsalted butter - 1 c
How to make mexican wedding cakes:
Beat butter until creamy. Beat in sugar until smooth. Add flour, salt and vanilla; mixture will be stiff. Pinch off small pieces of dough with moistened fingers; roll into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake in 375°Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
