- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp

- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- walnuts, chopped - 1 c
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 oz
How to make mexican wedding cake:
Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 stick butter or margarine2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla To make cake, preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put all cake ingredients in order in a mixing bowl. Stir by hand until ingredients are just blended. Do not beat. (Batter will be a little frothy.) Bake for 30 minutes.Frosting: Combine ingredients and frost cool cake.
