Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- pecan halves, chopped - 1/2 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple use juice, 15 1/4 oz
How to make pineapple sheet cake:
Icing:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/2 stick margarine1/2 c. pecan halves, chopped Grease and flour large pan (18 x 12 x 1-inch). Mix all ingredients and pour into sheet pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Ice while warm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
