Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- raisins - 1/3 c
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 1 c
- cumin - 3/4 tsp
- coriander - 1/2 tsp
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- jar salsa - 1 oz
- minced cilantro - 1/4 c
- crushed garlic - 1 tsp
- ground turkey, cooked and drained - 1/2 lb
- nonfat Mozzarella - 1/2 c
- medium or large green peppers - 4 item
How to make mexican stuffed peppers:
Remove stems and white membrane from peppers. Rinse and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in a little water until tender.
