Mexican salad
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- medium tomatoes - 3 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- medium avocados - 3 item
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- can ripe olives, sliced - 1 item
- cans Frito bean dip - 2 item
How to make mexican salad:
Blend the avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and taco mix. Layer bean dip on bottom of pan; continue to layer avocado mix, sour cream mixture, onions, tomatoes, olives and Cheddar cheese. Chill and serve.
