Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- carrots - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- small bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Wash and peel carrots. Cook until barely tender. Drain. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over hot carrots. Refrigerate 24 hours.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
