Mexican salad
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- grated cheese - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- green onion - 1/2 item
- bacon slices - 10 item
- large tomatoes, chopped - 3 item
- cans pinto beans, drained - 2 item
- cans corn, drained - 2 item
- cornbread, baked in 8-inch square pan
- bell peppers or 1/2 red or 1/2 green - 1 c
- Ranch mix dressing - 1 pkg
How to make mexican salad:
Bake cornbread and drain beans. Mix tomatoes, bell peppers and green onions.For dressing, mix together mayo, Ranch dressing and sour cream. Layer crumbled cornbread, beans, vegetable mix, grated cheese, bacon, corn and dressing. Repeat layers. Add bacon on top.
