Baked chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- cooked chicken - 4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- potato chips - 1 item
- chopped almonds, toasted - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- grated American cheese - 1/2 c
How to make baked chicken salad:
Toss lightly together, except potato chips and cheese and put in casserole. Sprinkle crushed potato chips and cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. You can add noodles for a heartier casserole.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
