Ingredients/Components
- cold water - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- cabbage, shredded - 1 c
- package lemon jello - 1 item
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp
- Vinegar - 4 tsp
- tsp salt - 1 item
- apple, diced with skin on - 1 item
- green pepper chopped - 1/2 c
How to make mexican salad:
Dissolve lemon jello in 1 c. hot water. Add rest of ingredients. Mix; place in oblong pan and place in refrigerator until set.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, One Dish meal.
