Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 4 oz
- salsa - 1/2 c
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- finely chopped green onion - 1/2 c
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- red pepper, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- black olives, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- additional salsa for dipping - 1 item
How to make mexican pinwheels:
Mix cream cheese with other ingredients. Spread 2 tablespoons on tortilla. Roll up and cut into 6 to 8 pieces. Makes 60 to 80 pinwheels. (Dip into salsa before eating.)Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
