Ingredients/Components
- cans refried beans - 2 item
- medium avocados - 3 item
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- picante sauce optional - 1 item
- finely diced onion - 1 item
- chopped black olives optional - 1 item
- chopped tomato - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 16 oz
How to make mexican layer dip:
Whip refried beans; spread over shallow baking dish. Mash avocados. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Smooth over bean layer. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
