- eggs - 2 item
- buttermilk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- corn oil - 1/2 c
- jalapeno peppers, chopped fine - 3 item
- or more grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
How to make mexican cornbread:
