  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • small chopped onion - 1 item
  • Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 item
  • sausage, browned and drained - 1 lb
  • small chopped jalapeno pepper - 1 item
  • to 1 carton sour cream - 1/2 item

How to make mexican cornbread:

Mix cornbread mix, eggs, corn and sour cream together. Add sausage, onion, cheese and pepper. Bake in large skillet at 350° for 45 minutes.
