- meal - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- grease - 1/2 c
- Add and mix:Casserole:1 large can creamed corn
- hamburger - 1 lb
- banana peppers, chopped - 4 item
- grated cheese - 1/4 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make mexican cornbread:
Mix. Add and mix:Casserole:1 large can creamed corn1 lb. hamburger4 banana peppers, chopped1/4 lb. grated cheese1 large onion, chopped Heat oven to 350°. Mix cornbread. Fry and drain hamburger. Pour 1/2 cornbread mixture on bottom of greased pan. Add 1/2 of onions, peppers and cheese. Add all the meat. Add 1/2 of onions, peppers and cheese. Top with remaining cornbread mixture.
