Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- corn oil - 1/2 c
- Mrs - 1 pkg
- grated American cheese - 1 c
- hamburger, browned and drained - 3/4 lb
- small can creamed corn - 1 item
- hot peppers, chopped add to your taste - 3 item
How to make mexican cornbread:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large mixing bowl. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 8 x 8 pan. Bake at between 350° to 375° for approximately 30 to 45 minutes or until brown. When doubling the receipt, cooking time will be 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, North american.
