Mexican corn bread
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- cornmeal - 2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn oil - 1/3 c
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- jalapeno peppers, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make mexican corn bread:
