Mexican corn bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- cooking oil - 3/4 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 1/2
- chili pepper, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- sharp cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- self-rising corn meal
How to make mexican corn bread:
Combine all ingredients (I prefer to put milk, onion, bell pepper and chili pepper in blender for a few seconds). Add additional milk if needed. Bake at 450° until done and well browned on top and bottom.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
