- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 2/3 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- sweet pepper, chopped - 1 item
- self-rising corn bread
How to make mexican corn bread:
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour one-half of batter in pan, then add one-half of cheese and rest of batter. Add remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375° for 45 minuets or until done.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
