  • milk - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 8 oz
  • can creamed corn - 1 item
  • corn meal - 1 c
  • browned hamburger - 1/2 lb
  • Greek peppers or more, chopped - 2 item

How to make mexican corn bread:

Mix corn meal, egg and milk together; add creamed corn. Grease bottom of casserole dish; pour half of corn meal batter into dish. Layer meat, peppers, onion and cheese on top of corn meal mix in casserole dish. Top with remaining corn meal mix and bake at 375° for 1 hour, or until brown.
