Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- bell pepper - 1/2 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
- French onion dip - 1 c
- plain corn meal
- jalapeno peppers to taste remember they are hot - 1 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
Mix all; pour into 2 greased cake pans. Bake 20 minutes at 450°. I also use heavy iron skillet; pour in 1/2 batter, then a layer of 1 pound browned ground beef and grated cheese on top of beef. Then top with other 1/2 of batter, baking longer,Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
