- buttermilk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- large onion, grated - 1 item
- self-rising corn meal - 1 c
- pod Galpone Mexican pepper, cut in small pieces - 1 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
Mix all ingredients. Bake 45 minutes at 375°.Variation: Use Mexican style corn and chili powder.
