Mexican corn bread
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 2/3 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn meal
- jalapeno peppers, chopped - 3 item
- 3 can cream-style corn
How to make mexican corn bread:
Mix all ingredients together in order except cheese. Pour half of batter in a greased baking dish. Add half of cheese. Add remaining batter, cover with cheese.Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done. Yields 8 servings.
