Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans or coconut - 1/2 c
How to make butter crunch:
Heat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients. Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes; remove and stir. Cool and store in covered container in refrigerator. Good topping on ice cream and puddings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Candy.
