  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • chopped pecans or coconut - 1/2 c

How to make butter crunch:

Heat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients. Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes; remove and stir. Cool and store in covered container in refrigerator. Good topping on ice cream and puddings.
