Ingredients/Components
- chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 item
- sauteed onion - 1 item
- garlic pod - 1 item
- can Mexican tomatoes - 1 item
- chicken broth - 4 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- can corn - 1 item
- can green beans - 1 item
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- lemon pepper - 1 tsp
- cumin - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make mexican chicken soup:
Boil and debone 1 chicken. Reserve 4 cups chicken broth. Saute onion and garlic. Add to chicken and broth. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chicken, Poultry.
