  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
  • American cheese - 1 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • medium chicken - 1 item

How to make mexican chicken casserole:

Boil chicken and bone it. Mix both soups together with tomatoes and 1/2 of the cheese and onions. Pour 1/2 of this in casserole dish, then layer 1/2 of the chicken, 1/2 the Doritos and 1/2 the cheese. Repeat first step again. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
