  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • lean ground beef
  • small can English peas, drained - 1 item
  • small jar mushrooms optional - 1 item

How to make hamburger corn casserole:

Brown meat and onion; add all other ingredients, except bread crumbs. (Can be frozen at this time.) Saute bread crumbs in butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
