Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla
  • granulated sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • margarine - 1 c
  • cream of tartar - 1 tsp
  • flour plus 1/4 c - 4 c
  • vegetable oil scant - 1 c

How to make melt in your mouth cookies:

Mix powdered sugar, sugar, margarine and eggs, then add the rest of ingredients. Put in 3 rolls for refrigerator to chill. Slice. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 dozen.
