  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 2/3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • egg whites - 4 item
  • floured blueberries - 3 c

How to make melt in your mouth blueberry cake:

Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff. Cream shortening and 2 cups sugar and add dry ingredients alternating with the milk and vanilla. Fold in egg whites. Fold in blueberries. Put into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle top
