eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
granulated sugar - 1 c
salt - 1 tsp
oil - 1 c
baking soda - 1 tsp
powdered sugar - 1 c
margarine - 1 c
cream of tartar - 1 tsp
plus 4 heaping tsp - 4 c

How to make sugar cookies:

Cream sugars with margarine. Add oil and eggs. Add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add. Roll into small balls and flatten with fork on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
