Meatballs in sour cream sauce
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- fine bread crumbs - 1 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- Sauce:1 small onion, chopped
- butter noodles, cooked - 1 item
How to make meatballs in sour cream sauce:
Sauce:1 small onion, chopped3 Tbsp. flour1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms1 pt. sour cream butter noodles, cooked Mix all meatball ingredients except oil. Shape into 20 meatballs. Heat oil and brown meatballs. Remove meatballs.Saute onion in drippings left in skillet. Add flour, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms and sour cream. Mix well. Return meatballs to gravy and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over noodles.
