Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- hamburger - 5 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- liquid smoke - 1 item
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- Sauce:1 large bottle ketchup
How to make meatballs:
Sauce:1 large bottle ketchup1 small can tomato sauce1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce1/4 c. vinegar1/4 c. lemon juice1/4 c. brown sugar liquid smoke Season hamburger with salt and pepper. Add 1 egg per pound of hamburger. Make into small balls and brown in the oven on a cookie sheet.Do not boil the sauce. Put the browned meatballs into the sauce. (They stay real good in a crock-pot.)
