Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 1 item
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
  • hamburger - 5 lb
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • liquid smoke - 1 item
  • small can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • Sauce:1 large bottle ketchup

How to make meatballs:

Sauce:1 large bottle ketchup1 small can tomato sauce1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce1/4 c. vinegar1/4 c. lemon juice1/4 c. brown sugar liquid smoke Season hamburger with salt and pepper. Add 1 egg per pound of hamburger. Make into small balls and brown in the oven on a cookie sheet.

Do not boil the sauce. Put the browned meatballs into the sauce. (They stay real good in a crock-pot.)
