Meatball and vegetable stew
Ingredients/Components
- cans diced tomatoes - 2 1/2
- C water - 1/3 item
- 16-18 oz package frozen meatballs - 1 item
- C approx frozen mixed vegetables I recommend broccoli, new potatoes & carrots - 2 item
- 12 oz jar mushroom gravy - 1 item
- onion, garlic, parsley and oregano to taste - 1 item
How to make meatball and vegetable stew:
Place meatballs and mixed veggies in 3 1/2 to 4 quart pot.In a bowl, stir together all other ingredients, pour over meatballs and veggies.
Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Makes 4 servings.
