- sour cream - 1 c
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- can onion rings - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained - 2 pkg
How to make spinach casserole:
Mix sour cream & onion soup mix and mushrooms with spinach. Bake 300° for 20 minutes. Put onion rings on top for last 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
