- eggs - 2 item
- dark brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- parsley flakes - 1/3 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- ground round - 4 lb
- jar Italian cooking sauce - 1 oz
- Sauce:1 can cranberry sauce
How to make meat balls:
Sauce:1 can cranberry sauce1 (12 oz.) jar Italian cooking sauce2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar Mix all ingredients for meat balls well; form into small balls. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Sauce: Put all ingredients in pan and heat. Put meat balls in crock-pot. Pour sauce over; simmer slowly for about 2 hours.
